So you found our BLOG! Enjoy!!!

Are you new to baton?

What is Baton Twirling?

Baton Twirling is a sport and an art. Baton Twirling offers self-confidence, discipline, gracefulness, co-ordination, body awareness, good fitness habits, a sense of responsibility and commitment. Learning to get along with and respect other team members and their coaches is also a part of the athlete's development. Baton Twirling also offers many lasting friendships for both athletes and parents.

What is Stars United Baton Club?

The Stars United Baton Club is proud of its coaching staff and parent committee. Stars United proudly offers a wide variety of twirling for all levels, as well as our new "Dazzling Star" dance program. The Stars United Baton Club is a proud member of the Canadian National Baton Twirling Association (CNBTA) as well as a member of the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation (CBTF) and the Ontario Baton Twirling Association (OBTA). The club participates in all local community activities, parades and shows. The club participates actively in the CBTF Skills Development Program (a badge program for beginner athletes all the way up to our elite twirlers), and of course we provide excellent competitive training in all group and individual events. We currently offer classes in Richmond Hill and Newmakert.

How do I become apart of Stars United?
Great decision! Becoming a twirler with SUBC is a great choice!!! You are not only joining a club and team, but a family!
